YOUR BPB LOG HOME PACKAGE INCLUDES…LOG WALL SYSTEM All wall logs are pre-cut to length, pre-drilled for spikes, and numbered for identification. Also included are log wall bolts, installation hardware, 12" spikes, saturated foam gasket, and polyurethane log caulk. WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMING SYSTEM Pre-cut 4" jambs, with sills and headers. LOFT FRAMING SYSTEM: Pre-cut 4 x 8 joists, 6 x 12 girder beams, and 6 x 6 support posts. Also Included is the black metal hardware required for installation. ROOF FRAMING SYSTEM: Pre-cut 4 x 8 rafters, ridge beams, support posts and 2 x 6 rafter collar ties. DORMER FRAMING SYSTEM: (as required) Pre-cut 4 x 8 rafters, sills, headers and support posts. PORCH FRAMING SYSTEM: Pre-cut 4 x 8 rafters, sills, sill returns, headers, 6x6 foundation and support posts, 2x8 joist and 5/4 radius. TRIM LUMBER Surfaced: trim lumber is included for facia, interior base log, window and door openings, board and batten for exterior gable ends, and wind stop. |
